This amazing project was certified as a Passive House Plus – Under most cases it will be a Net Zero Passive House! Its 30 Solar panels is enough to power this 5300+ sqft house!
This house easily meets the metrics for PH Plus Critera and has an amazing heating demand of 11 kWh/m2a (3.48 kBtu/sf/yr)! The team also reached an airtightness of 0.20 ACH50!

Passive House Classic is a Traditional Passive House, usually without renewables

Passive House Plus is a Site Net Zero Passive House (Usually making as much energy as it uses over the course of a year)

Passive House Premium is a Source Net Zero Passive House (Not only making as much as it uses, but also making up for power plant and grid inefficiencies)
