Great Tour, very well put together. Having been on the in-person tour back in 2019, I think this does a great job of providing a full overview of what it means to create an airtight enclosure- from the INTELLO below grade (sealed at penetrations) to the imagined wall assembly to the top floor (given the mock-up display in the basement). It demonstrates how accessible Passive House design is, and just requires attention to detail. Additionally, it's important to point out how central orientation is- designing for the southern orientation of glazing (heat gain and natural lighting), compared to the north-facing glazing, and placement of the garage to the north. I very much enjoyed the embedded videos for thermal imaging, drain water heat exchangers, heat pumps, noise consideration, etc. All in all, a wonderful educational resource, breathing life into design principles that not everyone has access to experience.
