Rochester Passive House Consulting was brought in on this job to assist the homeowner meet a low heating and cooling load. All the principles of a passive house were used. The construction started in January 2022 and is expected to wrap up in the spring. The Architect is Architectura, PC. They are a Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) in Rochester, NY.
